  • while people try yoga for a variety of reasons, there's frequently more benefits than intended, so there's no right or wrong way to start! many people experience changes in their body’s core strength & flexibility, mental stress levels & coping mechanisms, & general sense of peace & overall well-being.
    my goal in offering individualized services is to provide comprehensive attention & accountability for wherever you are in your personal transformation, including specific direction for your intended purposes.

  • one-on-one session: $40
    group session: $30/person

  • send an email to: 2monessence@gmail.com & we’ll find the best time for you!

  • everything is optional, but it is helpful to have a yoga mat, blocks, a blanket, & a strap. if you don’t have these at home, we can easily substitute other household items or modify without props!

  • for virtual sessions, you’ll receive an email link to join a google meet.

  • i ask for 24 hours notice of cancellations, but life happens! in those instances, please let me know as soon as possible so that time can be offered to others & we can get you rescheduled at your next convenience.
